FREE ROSE GIVEAWAY Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY, ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
TERM: A Winner will be selected each Monday during the calendar year 2009. Each week’s winning Roses will be delivered on the following Saturday. The final FREE DOZEN ROSE GIVEAWAY winner for 2009 will be chosen on Monday, December 23rd.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: If selected as a winner you must be able to respond to the winning email notification within the time constraints as listed below. Unless you opt out of the contest you will periodically receive emails with secondary prizes or valuable offers. Anthony’s Florist & Gifts does not take responsibility for lost or misdirected emails sent to the email address you submitted at the time you completed the online registration.
WEEKLY PRIZE: One winner per week will receive ONE DOZEN LONG STEM RED ROSES with a retail value of $75-$100. The style, color and design of the Free Dozen Roses may vary depending on the available flower stock at the local fulfilling florist. Participants are only eligible to win the Free Dozen Roses once during the 2009 promotion. There are no refunds or exchanges for the Free Rose Giveaway arrangements. It is the responsibility of the winner to maintain the freshness of the arrangement.
PERIODIC BONUS PRIZES: Periodically for promotional purposes Anthony’s Florist & Gifts may conduct additional Giveaways for Gift Certificates or other items. Anyone who has already registered for the Free Rose Giveaway and has not already won during the current promotion will be eligible at that time.
ODDS OF WINNING THE FREE ROSE GIVEAWAY: The odds of winning the Free Rose Giveaway will be determined by the number of entries received during the term of the promotion.
PARTICIPATION: You may enter the Free Rose Giveaway contest one time per person by completing the online entry registration and providing valid information on entry (please limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address). All entries must be received by the last day of contest in order to qualify for the current drawing. If an entrant submits multiple names, e-mail addresses or street addresses only the first entry will count. The weekly winner will be randomly selected by a drawing each Monday and the winning Roses will be delivered to the address on the entry form submitted. Anthony’s Florist & Gifts reserves the right to modify the contest rules and scheduling without prior notice.
NOTIFICATION: The weekly prize winners will be notified by email on or before Tuesday each week of the contest. The winner will receive an email requesting confirmation of the winners name and acceptance of the promotion. The winner will be asked to confirm all information from the entry form should that be necessary. Roses will not be delivered unless and until the REPLY email is received and all information requested has been verified. Winner will have 30 days to reply. The roses will be delivered the Saturday following the receipt of the REPLY email. This requirement applies regardless if the winning notification email was sent to a spam folder, accidentally deleted, or otherwise not received by you for any reason. Anthony’s Florist & Gifts does not take responsibility for lost or misdirected emails sent to the email address you submitted at the time you completed the online registration. An alternate winner(s) may be chosen after 30 days.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: The Free Rose Giveaway contest is open only to adult residents of the United States which are 18 years or older.
CONDITIONS: By submitting an entry for the Free Rose Giveaway, participants accept and agree to these rules, conditions and decisions of Anthony’s Florist & Gifts which shall be final.
Anthony’s Florist & Gifts reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond the control of Anthony’s Florist & Gifts corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. By accepting a prize the winner grants Anthony’s Florist & Gifts permission to the use of his or her complete first name, last initial and city & state of residence (John D. – Anywhere, FL) in the list of weekly winners on website, emails and/or promotional materials with no additional compensation except where prohibited.
FREE ROSE GIVEAWAY CONTEST FLOW:
- Enter only one time through the online entry form.
- You will receive a welcome email confirming your entry into the contest.
- Winners are chosen each Monday throughout the contest.
- Each winner will receive an email announcement.
- The winner of each week’s drawing will REPLY to the acceptance email within 30 days.
- The Free Roses will be delivered the Saturday following the receipt of the REPLY email.
